OK I’m also joining the craze to use the Wii as a workout. How can you beat it , It tough enough to make you sweat but fun Enough to keep playing.
Along with Watching My Daily Calorie Intake , I’m also trying to play about 40+ minutes of wii Sports mostly Boxing and Tennis.
